What you’ll learn

The Securing Cloud Deployments with Cisco Technologies (SECCLD) course is designed to guide participants in implementing Cisco® cloud security solutions, ensuring secure access to the cloud, protection of workloads in the cloud, and security for Software as a Service (SaaS) user accounts, applications, and data. Through a combination of expert instruction and hands-on labs, participants will develop a comprehensive set of skills and gain knowledge in using key Cisco cloud security solutions.

The course covers a range of topics, including the detection of suspicious traffic flows, policy violations, and compromised devices, as well as the implementation of security controls tailored for cloud environments. Participants will also learn about cloud security management practices. The curriculum specifically addresses the usage of Cisco Cloudlock, Cisco Umbrella™, Cisco Cloud Email Security, Cisco Advanced Malware Protection (AMP) for Endpoints, Cisco Stealthwatch® Cloud and Enterprise, Cisco Firepower® NGFW (next-generation firewall), and other relevant technologies.

By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the skills needed to enhance the security posture of cloud deployments using Cisco technologies.
