What you’ll learn

The training program Cisco Service Provider 5G Technologies Foundations (SPMBL100) v1.0 provides an introduction to the components of mobile networks, fundamental concepts of 5G, and various features of 5G technology, such as enhanced data speeds, increased device capacity, and improved user experience. Participants will explore solutions for the mobile packet core, the architecture of 5G transport, and automation tools like Cisco’s orchestration tools used in 5G networks.
The curriculum covers topics such as Cisco 5G Non-standalone (NSA) and the Cisco Ultra Cloud Core 5G standalone (SA) platform solutions, the Cisco 5G converged Software-Defined Networking (SDN) transport architecture, and Cisco’s edge computing solutions. Additionally, participants will delve into the Cisco Network Function Virtualization (NFVI) architecture, Cisco Network Services Orchestrator (NSO), and Cisco Elastic Services Controller (ESC).
